Career Highlights: 2008 finished 8th at the USA Indoor Championships, finished the 2008 indoor season with the 10th best performance in the US and 50th in the world. 2007 finished 8th at the USA Indoor Championships, 12th at the Outdoor Championships, 2006 finished 8th at the Outdoor Championships. Was ranked 5th in the US in 2006 and; was in the top 50 in the world finishing 58th. Finished 8th at the 2007 Indoor Championships and 12th Outdoors. Currently ranked 12th in the U.S.

A multiple USATF Indoor and Outdoor Finalist, Dagen is emerging as one of the top triple jumper’s in the US. Dagen turned in a solid season in 2006 highlighted by his top 5 US performance and his 8th place finish at the Outdoor Championships. In 2004 Dagen competed in at the Olympic Trials, but fouled out of the competition. During his collegiate career Dagen set the school record in the triple jump 11 times and set 5 field house and 4 stadium records that currently stand. Also during his final collegiate season Dagen became the first person in the history of the Mid-Continent Conference to win an event all four years Indoor & Outdoor.
